One of your two tasks was reported at 22 Sep 2009 5:36:10 UTC. If that's the one with network problems, everything's okay. If not, there should be an entry in the Transfers tab of BOINC manager (advanced view) that tells you when the transfer will be retried. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. Uploads will be retried until there is either a permanent error of some kind or a significant time has passed. What the significant time is depends on the client version. Recent versions have increased this as a project that was out for a while caused all work for that project to be lost. Reports happen at the first of: 1) 24 hours before report deadline. 2) Connect Every X before deadline. 3) On the completion of upload if later than 1 or 2. 4) On a work request. 5) On a trickle up request (not all projects do this). 6) On a trickle down request (not all projects do this). 7) On a server requested schedule 8) With any other work that is being reported. 9) When the user hits the update button. (I should really save this someplace rather than relying on my memory). BOINC WIKI |

There are many reasons that an upload doesn't go though. Most of the time it has something to do with the servers being down or communications being maxed out. It's nothing to worry about. The manager will keep on trying to send it until it goes through. |
