If somebody would grant me about $80k to do this, I would be more than happy to be 'kitty central' for lost kitties. I could stay at home and monitor lost kitty reports 24/7. There needs to be a 'google' for lost kitties. A site that would be the 'first claw' when somebody has lost one and would be known by all. Lostkitty.com But, as it stands now..
