1)Minirosetta does not die when Boinc Mgr is exited, same as the immediately prior BOINC MGR VERSION. 2)CALMAIN runs, even if not used - do we need it for other purposes? 1)Minirosetta does not die when Boinc Mgr is exited, same as the immediately prior BOINC MGR VERSION. Each project is independent. This sounds more like a problem with Rosetta. BOINC WIKI |

8/23/2009 10:11:46 AM Running as a daemon I would think that explains why boinc.exe keeps running without manager. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) SETI@home classic workunits 3,758 SETI@home classic CPU time 66,520 hours |

At best this is a BOINC issue. boinc doesnt exit with manager on newer BOINC versions. therefore Rosetta wont exit In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |

...but if you have BOINC installed as a service, BOINC.EXE (and therefore whatever science app is running) isn't supposed to exit when you close BOINCMGR.EXE (BOINC Manager). |
