	At best this is a BOINC issue. boinc doesnt exit with manager on newer BOINC versions. therefore Rosetta wont exit ____________ Proud member of TSWB. End terrorism by building a school

	...but if you have BOINC installed as a service, BOINC.EXE (and therefore whatever science app is running) isn't supposed to exit when you close BOINCMGR.EXE (BOINC Manager). ____________
