When they arrive. I plan to upgrade my rig by changing the 2 BFG GTX275 graphics cards to 2 BFG295's. In Boinc Manager if I set NNT,Suspend Activity and Network Activity. Shut down the rig, change the cards and reboot. Check that they are seen by os (Vitsax64)and Boinc then resart Boinc Manager. Should that be O.K. ? Dave |

In Boinc Manager if I set NNT,Suspend Activity and Network Activity. Setting all three is overkill but won't do any harm :-) Shut down the rig, change the cards and reboot. If you start BOINC to see if recognises your GPU, and it doesn't, you'd better had made a backup of your data directory. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. Should I run down my cache? Good evening, that´s what I would do before such an upgrade. Am Ende ist nur Verwirrung |
