A new Café without beer, is not a real Café.

Please serve yourself.

Getting the animals drunk would be considered animal cruelty.

But only by "Do Gooder" humans, not by the animals themselves :-)

Most animals I think avoid the smell of alcohol as I think they don't like It, But then We shouldn't get any bulls drunk either, Otherwise they'd just be Mooooooing all over da place.

I have a half breed Rot and Lab mix that absolutely loves the taste of beer. We found this out purely by accident at one of our summer parties here at the house.

I've had several dogs that love beer, wine, brandy and gin. They also appear to get hangovers, and then do it all over again. Just like humans.

Well I did say I think, So what can I say, Angel being a Cat can't handle even Chocolate, As to Alcohol She may not like It cause She might see It as something She smelled on My mothers breath and when Mom was drunk and awake She didn't like any animals or any company and then I wasn't Her son, I was Her servant, At work (when I could that is) I could at least escape that, Later on when I couldn't work anymore(before She died in the Hospital due to Neglect on the Hospitals part) I retreated from Her chain smoking and Her drinking.

Either that, or the cat is wondering what stuff the silly human servants are drinking.

Angel would say Murp! If She had some of the stuff, Me I just don't buy the stuff as It isn't something that I noticed any effect from when I did drink any, So It seems like a waste of Money to Me.

Hi everybody! Just stopping in for a beer and to pet all the drunk animals...

Angela
Has Arthur been behaving himself?

I'm afraid not. He was harassing the babies again Thursday night. I tried to get him to leave several times, but he kept sneaking back. Somebody dug up a pile of my bulbs last night. That was not necessarily Arthur, though. More likely it was a skunk or bored raccoon babies.

This is a Mopoke (tawny frogmouth) that has taken a liking to my backyard.
Comes back year after year.

Red Atomic, what a handsome visitor you have!

Just remembered I also had this picture of local urban wildlife. Took this in April, in a park a few minutes walk from where I live. The way he is walking is sort of like ... kind of ... Now what is that called?

Angela has her critters,
This one of mine is a bit bigger.

Yes he wandered into my backyard. No I don't live next to the forest it is at least two miles of all suburb before there are any wild lands. I guess he liked the rose bush but he checked out the vegetable garden too. I believe it is a California Mule Deer.

I've tried to landscape my front yard with plants deer allegedly do not like. Problem is, the deer didn't read the same gardening book I read...

I tried planting some jalepenos this year, but the rabbits won't leave the plants alone. I ended up with just a pair a scraggly plants with no leaves. :-(
