Now I have installed 4.12 (without problems)is there anyway to try and rescue the failed uploads that we were having with 4.09?

I don't think so. Even if you could get them to upload, I don't think the validator would validate them anyway.

Well, if you already triedt to upload them than I think there is no way, because the WU's and the results are being deleted after the upload, wether it is a successful or not
