I'm trying to get restarted with S@H due to a computer failure last week. I've now rebuilt my computer and when I attach to S@H, I'm unable to connect to the server to download any WUs. BOINC says my internet connection is fine (duh, I'm writing this on the same computer as BOINC is running on! <G>) but I cannot connect to S@H or CPDN. What the heck is going on???

I don't know about CPDN, but today is the scheduled weekly Tuesday outage at S@H.

Yeah, but I thought I read on the front page that the maintenance was complete, or did I mis-read that?

Even after maintainance is is complete, there is always a time where the servers are recovering. They should be recovered at this time though.

I have 21 completed units that have been waiting for upload for over a week now. Is there a problem with the web site?

I have restarted my computer and restarted BOINC Manager and all I get when I try to upload these units is an HTTP error.

Is there something else I might need to do?

Since your computers are hidden, I can't tell how many tasks you have downloaded. If it are too many, that could cause problems with the current server load.

And I can't tell what BOINC version and OS you have installed.

Did you change your connection to the Internet (ISP, router...) recently?

Gruß,
Gundolf
