Today I am no longer able to stay logged in here. This happens on all computers I've tried so far. Using Win XP and Win XP64 with Firefox and IE7.

Indeed. I had the problem for about 10-15 minutes and then it was back to normal again. :)

The problem is back. I have now these message boards open in two tabs in Firefox. In this tab where I am writing this message I can see the yellow marks for unread messages. On the other tab clicking "Account" on top of page always gives me the log in screen (I have stay logged checked on that page) and after logging in I can see my hosts with other data (so the log in was OK) but the message boards won't show the yellow "unread messages" marker and clicking the "Account" gives me the log in screen again.

Ther is a new replica db server they are toying with. As Matt stated in one of the posts all the info we see when we login comes from the replica server. If they are still having issues with the new replica box then we are being switched back and forth fomr the primary replica and the secondary replica server. More then likley that kills the session making you need to log back in. ____________ SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the BP6/VP6 User Group today!

Moreover, I am logged in now since several weeks without interrupt. I think that has to do with the different tabs of FF. Perhaps the version has flaws in that direction? I'd almost bet its a browser setting. Like delete cache/cookies when closing the browser

I had noticed that my machines at work where I pop in to check the forums and what not had to log back in. As well as one of my machines at home last night. However my main home computer did not have to relogin. ____________ SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the BP6/VP6 User Group today!

I've done a little more testing. The Firefox yesterday updated itself to 3.0.13 but that didn't change the behaviour. I have the front page of message boards bookmarked (managed with the Xmarks addon) and if I use this bookmark to go to the message boards front page and click from there one of the boards (like Number Crunching) the log in is somehow lost. If I navigate from Seti's homepage -> community -> message boards -> number crunching log in is not lost.
