Telecom Italia has upgraded my line to 30 Mbit/s. The only drawback is that my phone line is now connected to the modem, with no filters, so if the modem is spent I cannot use the telephone. But is is connected to an UPS, which, while not sufficient to keep my SUN WS alive, can keep the modem alive even in a blackout. I ignore the cost, but the amount should be the same, at least for three months. Then I could upgrade the VDSL line, partly on fiber, to 100 Mbit/s.

This is the beginning of the Tour de Ski, which will go on, after two more days, in Val di Fiemme with the steep climb of Monte Cermis.
