I finished a three weeks course on Quantum computers by Keio University, Japan. Sometimes the English spoken by Japanese scientists was difficult to understand. They did not provide any test, only quizzes with no credits assigned. Maybe they were afraid that not many people could take the tests. But I managed to understand the Shor algorithm.
