Not forgetting Therese Johaug winning a 30 km race at Holmenkollen today before Ingvild Ostberg, another Norwegian and a Finn. I haven't watched the 50 km men yesterday but I would bet it was won by a Norwegian. Tullio |

I haven't watched the 50 km men yesterday but I would bet it was won by a Norwegian.Hehehe:) 50 km men at Holmenkollen Norway. 1 SUNDBY Martin Johnsrud NOR 2 DYRHAUG Niklas NOR To a Norwegian winning at Holmenkollen is more valued than an Olympic gold medal. A non Norwegian win there means national mourning:) |

Dominik Windish and Dorothea Wierer, two Italians from SudTyrol/Alto Adige, have won a Biathlon race at Canmore Canada. They must belong to the Schuetzen Korps, which started as guerrilla fighters against Napoleon's troops. But Dominik is an Alpino. |

Crans-Montana ladies' downhill postponed until Sunday due to too much snow. Since the beginning of the week, a total of 2,20 meter of fresh snow has hit the famed resort of the Swiss Alps. |

Errata corrige: second in Japan was Mathieu Faivre, France, not Gino Caviezel. Max Blardone was ninth in the first run and made the best time in the second run. Bravo Max! |

Crans Montana ladies' downhill cancelled. US superstar Lindsey Vonn posted a picture of her car - completely snowed in a parking lot. At very least she think it's her car. She went powder skiing instead:) |
