Celebration in Austria.
Why didn't they do it in the World Championship:)

It was not easy for the Swedish women in the first run of the giant slalom race in the World Cup race in Maribor, Slovenia. World Championship bronze medalist Jessica Lindell-Vikarby is tentatively on 24th place, 1.88 seconds behind leader Anna Fenninger, Austria, which seems to have preserved the shape after the World Championships where she became world champion for a little more than a week ago.

Tina Maze och Lindsey Vonn seems to have not finished the first race!

btw Sweden dont show this on TV so I have to do with this:

Best italian was Peter Fill in 7th Place .

Yes:) No surprise.
That both France and Italy perform this good in Nordic combined team event is however a surprise for me.

The Falun event has got a slight scandale.
Petter Northug won gold with vodka advertising.
Every participants have on their chests advertised the Russian vodka brand Zimnjaja Doroga somewhat subtly written in Cyrillic (Russian) alphabet.
Petter Northug is a Norwegian, who in May last year crashed his Audi A7 at Byåsen in Trondheim with 1.65 per mille of alcohol in the blood.
He was convicted of drunk and driving in the District Court in October and sentenced to 50 days in jail, 185 000 (20 000 Euros) in fines and revoked driver's license.
The sentence was later changed to be served after the World Championships.

Sono in ritardo, ma sembra che Charlotte Kalla abbia vinto la 10 km a tecnica libera sotto una fitta nevicata.
Seconda una aaericana (Jessica Diggins) e terza un'altra americana (Caitlin Gregg).
Brave tutte e tre. Le norvegesi KO.

Damn:) I forgot to see that.
Perhaps national mourning is now declared in Norway:)
There ambition to take 33 medals in this Championship wont happen.
Just kidding. I saw some interviews with the Norwegian competitors after the race and they where not devistated.

I can now see the rerun:)
Kalla did an "Östersundare"

Probably they had the wrong wax. This happens frequently when the weather changes and the skis were prepared before the change.

Yes. ”Kalla knuste alle – norsk fiasko etter smørebom” ("Kalla crushed everyone - Norwegian fiasco after waxing miss"), writes Norwegian paper Verdens Gang after Charlotte Kalla super victory on Tuesday.
Funny that Norway call wax "smør" It means butter "smör" in Swedish.

Brava Svezia e brava Francia.

Strano che la Norvegia perdere di nuovo.
In questa gara non era un problema "waxing". Tuttavia la scelta degli sci era importante.
