ever since I reloaded BOINC this is popping up wanting to get in my computer.

As far as I can see it's not part of boinc nor any of my projects. Google didn't come up with much either.
EDIT:I did find this on atisvc.exe

Maybe someone else will have better info.

No, it is not from BOINC. The name suggests that it may be part of your ATi graphics driver (if you own an ATi card), or it may be a potentially unwanted program.

It isn't a part of BOINC or any project, including Seti. Where did you download BOINC from?

If you have an ATI videocard, it is possible it is a part of this.
