How to install CUDA 2.3?

The drivers will tell the hardware what it can do and how to do it, the DLL's tell the app this is what to tell the GPU. It is the hardware capability I believe. My 260 is Compute Capability 1.3, nothing to do with Cuda version. ID: 920917 ·
