Heres an idea to try and keep the people that only want to crunch for credit and need a source of WU's that don't run out happy. Leave the seti@home classic project running on its never ending loop of WU's and leave Seti@home II running on BOINC to the crunchers that really want to help process valid science data and are willing to go with the flow as the platform is developed. We no longer need to read that people are unhappy not having any work to process and are going back to clasic, just do it don't tell us, the dev team have there hands full developing the platform and the comments they read on the forum need to be construtive and help take the rest of us forward. My twenty cents worth @ David Anderson and his team, keep up the good work |

Problem is: who's gonna pay for nothing usefull? Money is already a problem, so why wasting it on running servers and consuming bandwidth without any scientific advantage? I'd say: pull the plug on classic, and put all efforts and recources on BOINC. Join team BOINCstats |
