I have an MacBook pro and i wonder how to use my GPU (GeForce 8600M GT) in the Boinc manager.

There is no official CUDA support for Mac computers as of yet.

It is planned, but work is moving at a very slow pace. Right now the pressing issue seems to be fixing the data recorder at Arecibo and finishing off the new version of AstroPulse.

I think there may be a third-party app for the Mac, but I'm not certain about that.
