What is the difference between Whetstone and Dhrystone in terms of crunching speed?

I would prefer to run under Linux, but the benchmarks for the pre-compiled client are lower than the XP benchmarks. After compiling the client myself, I was able to get the Whetstone under linux higher than the XP Whetstone. However, the Dhrystone is still lower.

So I guess my question is which is more important, Whetstone or Dhrystone or both?

XP

Measured floating point speed 1590.06 million ops/sec
Measured integer speed 4153.79 million ops/sec

Linux

Measured floating point speed 1702.76 million ops/sec
Measured integer speed 3151.43 million ops/sec
