"Simple" example:
If you have only two projects, and you want Project A to have twice the Resouce Share of Project B, then make sure that the resource share (r.s.) of Project A in your preferences is always twice (2x) the resource share (r.s.) of Project B in your preferences (it doesn't matter what the numbers are, as long as you remember the basic number is 100: if two projects each have a r.s. of 100 then they will get 50% of your time).
