Following these suggestions causes BOINC to try to re-download better_banner.jpg
Since server downloads are currently disabled download cannot complete and BOINC loses its mind.
I strongly recommend back up of BOINC Directory before attempting this logo mod.
Gonna try later when server is up and running, but i don't think this mod will work.

Edit: As of Last modified date above these suggestion link has been updated to contain
"WARNING: This will be overwritten the next time your computer downloads a work unit,
and it may produce error messages at that point."
This mod should not be attempted until the warning is removed.
