I have GPU - GeForce 9600GT (CUDA capable) and in log I see message "CUDA devices found"...

I run a project, but it don't use my GPU (I check it by nVidia hardware monitor - GPU usage)... What the problem?

You need to enable your computer to run CUDA multibeam workunits from your online Seit@home preferences page.

I have "Use Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) if available" option switched to yes...

You are running Boinc Manager 6.4.5. Have you thought about upgrading it to 6.6.20? If you would like to stay with 6.4.5, have you made up a cc_config.xml file and placed it in your BOINC DATA folder? I don't have the format for it right off hand but I'm sure someone can post an example in here soon.

ok, found it...

<cc_config>
<options>
<ncpus>3</ncpus>
</options>
</cc_config>

Copy that to notepad, save as cc_config.xml Make sure it doesn't try to save as a .txt file. Then put that in your Boinc data folder not your setiathome folder.
