October 8, 2004 This morning a hardware failure caused one of our storage arrays to require resetting. Downloads will be temporarily halted until the drives have completed re-synchronizing. I have had no problems Uploading units at all. I dont know why so many are having problems with this. Of course the Downloads problem is a different problem. I do agree that communication from Berk is lax. probably didn't have any idea of the problem and fixed it first to let us know there was a problem. Hang in there baby!
