Go into NVidia control panel and disable SLI. You may also have to (temporarily) attach a monitor (or a dummy plug) to the second port too if you do not intend to have 2 monitors attached permanently.

Or do not use a development BOINC 6.6.24, go back to 6.6.20

If you do really need to use the development version, update to the next one when one is available and use the new option in cc_config.xml to re-enable all GPUs. When I am now totally talking cryptic to you, you have no use for a development version as you clearly aren't following the discussions about it in the designated email lists.
