i have 4wu's completed and ready to report, they been ready for 5hrs. when will they get sent?

The tasks will be reported at the first of:

1) 24 hours before report deadline.
2) Connect every X before report deadline.
3) Immediately on completion if later than 1 or 2.
4) 24 hours after completion.
5) On the next request for work.
6) On the next trickle up (CPDN only I believe).
7) On the next trickle down request (no project uses this?)
8) On a server requested connection interval. (there is a project that uses this, I don't know which one).
9) On a manual user update.
