SETI@home - 2004-10-08 15:20:46 - ACTIVE_TASK::parse(): result is in wrong state
SETI@home - 2004-10-08 15:20:46 - ACTIVE_TASK::parse(): result is in wrong state

I am getting the above error on one of my machines, and all of the results on this machine are unrecoverable. Can anyone give me a tip on what to try?

ACTIVE_TASK::parse() reads in information from client_state.xml on the running wu's.
But I do not know what's wrong on you machine.
looks like this, close to the end of the file

  http://climateprediction.net/
  2rw2_000150765_0
  403
  0
  2
  1817451.546875
  0.865353
  1817466.656300

every active task has a matching result (also in client_state.xml)

<result>
  <name>2rw2_000150765_0</name>
  <final_cpu_time>1024583.671875</final_cpu_time>
  <exit_status>0</exit_status>
  <state>2</state>
  <wu_name>2rw2_000150765</wu_name>

  	<open_name>cpdnout5.zip</open_name>
  </file_ref>
</result>

and maybe that state is worng compaired to the active task state
