I've been getting either the "no schedulers responded" or "no work available" message all week. I have no active work units or unfinished transfers. I am intermittently getting the message that my core client is out of date, but I am already running version 4.05. I am stumped - what's going on?

The current public CoreClient is v4.09. It is available at http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/download.php. The current version of Seti (v4.05) requires this CoreCLient.

Thanks for the response, Ken. Problem is, I can't seem to get there from here...I get to the page you posted, but when I click on the Windows/x86 link on that page, it sends me into la-la land, or I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. Also - I thought the updates were supposed to happen automatically - am I wrong about that?

The SETI software updates automatically; the core client (BOINC) updates must be done manually.

You can also download BOINC CC 4.09 from CPDN project site: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/download.php or from LHC project site: http://lhcathome.cern.ch/download.php.

All these BOINC CC versions are equal each others.
