	You are invited to join some of the Seti Admins on Saturday May 23rd at Tilden Park in Berkeley. There is no entrance fee and food will be provided. So what do you say, care to join the fun? 	I would love to go! - unfortunately its not around the corner. Neither the next. But my 10'th anniversary with SETI has allready come and gone four days ago on may 14. So I celebrated it here home alone hoping for anyone to be out there ;) I joined May 14.th 1999. I wonder how I could've been early since the official launch was'nt until may 17. 99. I have a vag memory of excitement and anticipation around launch, but I no longer remember the detailed story. Can anybody refresh my mind? (sorry for the low #credits..)

	ooh I am horrible with names. I am sure everyone recognizes the project staff from the about pages. I figured people would chime in with self identification. I can tell you the dogs name is Jerry/Gerry :) and that there were no cats present. Most people came with their SO, so that covers some. As for SETI crunchers from the boards here there were 3 other than myself: Angela, uli, and one other whom I can't recall his name. ____________

	Thanks for sharing the pics. It looks cold in them?! May be a good thing I came back from the US last week? ;) Well cold is relative, I would say that it was quite chilly. It was in the 50s F and the breeze was blowing. We did stand around the BBQ to catch some extra warmth , which also served as a conversation concentrator. ____________
