hello im having the same problem i tested something that i noticed .if you go to your boinc directory and check the slot for your setiathome account you will notice a file stderr.txt it was not the same i believe the extensions for seti were only .sah extensions so i renamed the file to stderr.sah.. so far i have succesfuly completed and uploaded 2 wu's both times i changed the extension to sah . right now im working on the 3rd wu all is normal . the txt extention is still the defoult i left it alone to the end i will see if thats the problem.will you check and see if that is you problem too

A problem with file uploads has existed for the last few days. This problem causes file uploads to fail. We now understand the problem and are working on a fix - it will probably require upgrading your BOINC client. Please stay tuned.

An interesting thing: I have 2 hosts (both Linux). One is successfully submitting results every time. The other host's results are always rejected.

The rejected results began after I restarted the second host on October 9 10:00 PT (UTC -0700).

If you feel lucky (like, Beta-test lucky), try the beta BOINC 4.12 client from:

http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/boinc_alpha/download.php

It may fix the upload problem (it has for Winderz users)

4.12 is working just fine for me. It's been merrily uploading and downloading for over 24 hours now.
