I'm using setiathome version 4.05 - I have almost 100 mashines and let say 90% of them are losing units like this...it happened for the first time on 06.09.2004

Unfortunately, you are not the only one having this problem right now. I wish there was a way to communicate these problems directly to the guys at Berkeley. We can only hope that they read this forum.

Are you by chance moving units from machine to machine? You account only shows 3 listed but say you have almost 100 machines! You CANNOT do that in Boinc. If a machine downloads a unit it MUST process that unit or the unit will be deemed invalid. Since you only have 3 listed it would seem logical that you are downloading a bunch and transferring them around to the other machines and then back for upon completion. This worked in Classic but WILL NOT work in Boinc. Each machine must independently connect to Berkeley and get its own work and then reconnect to return those units and get more. There is currently NO WAY around this.
ICS and proxys and the like work because the individual machine still thinks it is on the net.

For some reason, they don't seem to look at the "Questions and Problems" forum to see if/when people have "Problems". (I think that's not very smart of them.)

Try posting to the "Number Crunching" forum; they only seem to look there. (I think that's not very smart of them, either.)
