Will be possible work for Seti@Home with the power of the actual Smart Phone?

Although someone has already started porting BOINC to platforms like this, called BOINCOID, the problem with all mobile phones is that their battery power isn't going to last long enough to actually do anything CPU intensive with.

There is also a problem with heat. No matter if you plug in the phone to constantly recharge the battery, when the CPU in it is crunching away, your phone gets very hot.

But read through the BOINC for unusual devices thread on the BOINC forums for more information.

They are very interesting...
I hope will be possible to use mobile device for shared computing projects :D
