I have one box on 181 and one on 182, both are woking just fine. (9400GT's)

As far as I can tell by reading Nvidia's info, it doesnt effect CUDA.. only speeds up some game preformance.
my 181.22 version is doing fine so I will wait untill there is reason to update.
