Hi,

I know the FAQ says no, but for a while my machine was running 2 non CUDA and 1 CUDA at all times and life was glorious.

But recently that stopped. Was BOINC previously confused, or did something change, or am I potentially dreaming?

I could turn it off, reset project, get alot of non-CUDA and see what happens, but I don't want to screw around with work units.

Anyone else seen this?

Hi,

It's been seen before when you transition from Enhanced MB (6.03), to using CUDA MB (6.08), if you had some of the 6.03's left in your cache on a multi-cpu system when you started getting 6.08 MB, that you would get CUDA and Enhanced running together untill you completed the 6.03's you had. Boinc would continue to download 6.08 MB and you would eventually run out of 6.03 MB.

Edit: Looking at your tasks though, your pc with the CUDA card on it, isn't using the card but is "Falling back to HOST CPU processing."..

What drivers are you using for the card? It appears 179.28 are the most current.

Bummer.... SEVERE bummer... :-/ I may just turn GPU off and reset, since I'm not processing units properly(Efficiently).

I'm using the drivers that Dell Latitude came with. Nv says not to install that one if I do have a Latitude. (They are 176.X compatible I think).

MAJOR MAJOR bummer. :-/
