how do i prevent seti from using my GPU altho i think its a great idea i dont like to lose FPS

In your SETI@home preferences look for "Use Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) if available" and set it to no. You will no longer recieve any CUDA tasks at that point and you'll only need to finish the ones you have.
