v4.09 locks and will not connect to server states "0" result error

The only version of BIONIC and SAH that ran cleanly on this computer was the original when BIONIC came on line. Every version since has locked to failed to communicate with the server for various reasons. I cannot even get the BIONIC SAH program to recognize the URL now. My computer is otherwise running well, I have no viruses, firewall is intact, I have cleaned and defraged recently, I have completely removed SAH and BIONIC from my computer and reinstalled them now I can't find the program server let alone connect.
