A new milestone! I actually was given credit! I am so happy I could... Go on crunching?

By the way, as a person with over 6000 hours on Seti Classic on a single computer(486, mostly till a few weeks ago), I have no clue as to how many WUs or hours I have DONATED to Seti Boinc. The window$ gui doesn't tell me as much as Seti Spy (The author of which needs way more thanks than I can afford)
Anyway, I have searched the Boinc folder (directory, because I miss DOS) and there seems to to be no historical data before the last restart of Boinc or the last reboot (thank Bill Gates for the need of rebooting). I am running XP Home SP2.
Until I can afford (or find), a class on "How not to depend on Microsoft for anything" I will continue to ask stupid questions, until then, thanks for all the fish.

Hey Dave!!!

Congrats on your first credits!!! And although right now there's no way of knowing how many units that's equal to, there are several things to consider:

1) after not too long, you'll figure out how much 1 unit is approximately worth... for me it's betweem 25 and 35 cobblers (depending on how long it takes to crunch).

2) once you attach to a second project, the number of WUs you complte becomes completely meaningless... just the number of cobblers (I'm currently at about 7499 over 4 projects). Some of those units are worth ~75 each, others 30, 20 or 5...

3)Once SETI gets its act together and pending results and validated results are accessable again, you will be able to tell the actual number of WUs you've returned. LHC, and CP both currently are displaying these results,a nd I'm sure that Predictor will as well, once if finishes its upgrade

Feel free to take a look inside my brain
