Has anyone else noticed on machines with less than 1024MB of RAM that when the Seti@home V4.05 aplication is paused the amount of memory used has droped. I have one machine that has 512MB of RAM and shares it with the video (32MB) so it leaves 480MB of RAM for the system. The old version V4.03 left the entire amount of used RAM in memory usually 16000K + or - now with V4.05 it is only using 328K while paused. I don't have a WU for V4.05 on my laptop yet so I can not confirm that this isn't just a one time thing. Both of my machines with 1024MB of RAM still leave them paused at 16000K or more. I hope that this is not a fluke because it leaves me more memory to use for other things like surfing the web and playing games.

I think it was just a fluke this time after V4.05 paused it left over 14000K in memory. I'll keep watching it to see if it ever goes back down to 328K again.

I haven't seen the paused memory go back down to 328K yet so I think it was just a one time thing.
