Work unit ap_06jl08aa_B0_P1_00376_20080902_19046.wu has a bug in it. task 1009209965, my computer 3609610. I finished no different than the 1000's of other WU's you have gotten from me. It Hit a 100% then started a 64 hour cycle of something. I aborted, it went back to a 100% I uploaded it but it did not matter because it was aborted. Look loosing 750 cobblestones is not the end of the world but it stings more than 45. The guy before me with this WU failed also. Then you send it to me and the same thing happens. My machine never loses WU's (technically it did finish but something else happened.) Could you please look into it. Patrick

It might not be a bug. Your system got to a certain point very near the end of computation and something (a "statefile is 0'd" error) happened. It started over, and something else (an "Unhandled Exception" error) happened. Your problem could be a power spikes or maybe heat - open up your case and blow out the dust bunnies (especially around the CPU heatsink/fan and memory).

'The guy' before you didn't fail the unit - he simply didn't return it in time. He's running a fairly slow computer.

Keep in mind, one computer did finish the unit already.

I got a similar problem. Astropulse workunit failed and gave a client error after more thant 120hours of crunching. Not very encouraging to start a new AP-unit :(

Yeah, yours had the same "statefile is 0'd" error, then it started over, had the same error again, started over a second time, and got the same error again. Third time's the charm, so it exited with an error. All three times, it errored out at about the same point in the work unit.

I don't know what would cause this type of error, unfortunately.
