I think the Astropulse banner is neat and would make a very cool bumper sticker, getting more volunteers I'm sure!

Please, send out more AP work units and Please, post credits faster on those units.

THe AP WUs have geen choking the disk that stores the active results. You still have to wait for your wingman to return their copy of the WU.

How do I stop the astropulse. W U from down loading onto my PC's they take at minum 4 times as long, and from I can tell, there are no extra benefits to doing them

Click this link then click Edit SETI@home preferences. Under Run only the selected applications, un-check Astropulse. Then click Update preferences. You'll have to click Update in BOINC after that.

The benefit is that you are helping find ET in a different way, which requires a lot more computing power. Also, not only is AP looking for ET, but if it happens to find anything else of interest in the WU, SETI@Home can use that to show scientific progress in hopes of getting additional funding from the US Government.
