Want change my groups name but have my credits for the group , come with us? can it be done.

Only if you are the founder of the team can you rename it. Else it is not possible.

Yes, I'm the founder of the group, does anyone know how I do it?

Look at the right column, see Member of team?
If you're the founder, you see an Administer button here.
Then Edit team info.
