You need firstly have to install the requirments for compile the BOINC client : http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/SoftwarePrereqsUnix
Then port the BOINC client : http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/CompileClient BOINC client, lib and api would be needed primarly before you can port the SETI application. BOINC Graphics and client GUI is optional.

I don't expert in porting software, I more user. But I want to try.

I tried port it, but I got error about gmake. http://shup.com/Shup/56292/1087102236-Syllable.pvs-Parallels-Workstation.png

Syllable have make, but BOINC damned on gmake. Does gnu make and gmake same things?

I recommend you to compile gmake from www.gnu.org. The error messages looks like awk is also missing. You can also compile it from GNU, if it is not installed from the OS.
Btw. I recommend you to check out the stable BOINC source, like 5.10.45 or 6.2.15. You can check out the svn with : svn co http://boinc.berkeley.edu/svn/tags/boinc_core_release_5_10_45

I can't understand how I can build BOINC. I downloaded it from link above.
But after first build command I get error

I tried to compile SETI, and look like that it will compile fine. But without BONIC he dont want build.

I think you can try to comment out this test for which you get the errors.
Btw. which BOINC version do you compile ?

Do you have made any furhter progress ?

Evtenualy it would work to use the pre autosetup sources. If you wish, I can put the BOINC and SETI sources to an ftp server.

Btw. how many systems do you have for the Syllable port ? - Are you interested to make them public, if you have success ?
