Accounts do not get deleted for scientific reasons.

You can more or less disable the account by changing the name, e-mail and password to all garbage information.

I'm not going to leave a project. I have an account since 2003. More than 1 000 000 points were counted up for this account. I realised 4 month ago, that I have forgotten the password for my account. The procedure of password recovery appeared to be too complicated for me. This why I've created a new account & worked for it. But now I remembered password for my old account & started to use it again. I want to delete the new one for not dublicating the entries.

Ah, OK. I would follow Pooh Bear's advise about changing all the information in the account you'd like to abandon. Accounts are never deleted for scientific reasons, and I wouldn't worry about duplicating info.
