I'm trying to activate the BOINC screen saver, but I don't see it on the list. I'm using the latest version of Leopard.

How do I get around this?

thanks

Is it not listed on the screensaver / other screensavers / BOINC ?
Have you successfull installed BOINC and the attached to the SETI project ? - I did not see any computers listed on your account.
Which BOINC version do you use ?

I also cannot get a saver to run on Mac Tiger 10.4.9
The people at Boinc suggest that seti@home may not have graphics on the mac platform at all.

I posted this:
Just installed Boinc Manager 5.10.45 on Mac 10.4.9, intel (dual core).
I get screen saver/graphics with rosetta@home (protein folding), but not for SETI@home.
If I try for SETI, I get
Connecting to Boinc
Then
Project does not support screen saver graphics
But I have configured it at SETI@home.
Why would one work and the other not.

The reply I got was

That message says that the Seti science application does not have a graphics module built in for the Macintosh. The web preferences are for general use, for all OSes that support the graphics. This doesn't mean that all OSes also have the graphics.

Are they Intel machines? I suspect it might be a question of the machine being an intel
When I had the powerPC a few weeks ago, I was running a saver that connected to folding@home, for protein folding. That saver no longer works. Several other savers I have no longer function.
Those that had "updates" that were universal builds continue to work.
