	i beleive you need a half gallon of vanilla ice cream with a bottle of Kahlua drizzled(sloshed) over it. it may calm your nervous reaction to the lack of nicotine. remain resolute my friend! ____________

	Slightly easier??? After 20 years or so, I should not have expected it to be simple.................... It was my birthday last week & I was gobsmacked to find that I've been smoking for 42 years. Have tried numerous times over the past decade, but as I've said, the most I lasted was 17 hours. Congrats for lasting 5 days & as Fred said, it does get easier. Once my late mother got past the 1st 30 days, she never smoked again! ____________

I got My whole family to quit tabbacco(both smoking and chewing), My brother used the patch in decreasing amounts over a few months as I reasoned You didn't get hooked all at once, So give the body/brain time to adjust to being off of Nicotine, It worked He never smoked again, Not once, I wish I could have gotten Him to do that 10 years earlier, sigh. 	I gave my car keys to my wife and she took them to work with her for about 2 months. Finally able to kick a 1 pack per day for 30 years habit. 	Ok I guess it's my turn.quit many times once for nine years,many times for six months ,a couple of times for a year or two. Finally got lung cancer, they took it out,and now am fine, may not be result for everyone, now addicted to nicotine in a polyacryclic gum,[luckily supplied by VA] three years in oct. More money for motherboards , cpus, and now gasoline...lol.. money better spent on libations..

A quick turn in the blender and you're set. A very sneaky drink. Tastes like a coffee ice cream milk shake. A few of these and you won't care... 	As a never. ever smoker after trying one butt at age 16, I admire those who can shake the snake. My wife was a smoker when I met her, and it took almost a decade for her to quit. So far we are both doing reasonably well in the health. Both of us rode bikes in 1988 form Melbourne to Sydney with the Caltex 200th anniversary ride. The event marked the 200th year since the first "settlers" arrived in Sydney after a loooong trip from England. We still ride bikes in our mid seventies. And hope to continue for a long time. Our vices include a house full of computers. Both of us got Mac Pro portables a couple of months ago since one of us had a failure in a disk drive in an older laptop. A first for us in twenty plus years. Yes we were backed up. Anyhow between bikes, computers and a big collection of birds who feed in our yard we stay away from most bad habits. duke

	Ok the NEW Larger 4500cfm cooler is installed and the old 3500cfm cooler is removed, As You can see and It didn't cost a lot to be installed either. :shake: Low profile front end of the RC45W and Its remote control. The cooler is placed part way under the canopy, And there is enough room to change out the pads near the back steps. :thumb:(up) And the house feels better already, At one point around 7:30pm It was 88F inside, Now at 8pm It's 77F already and I've got two windows open, One on each end of the house. And in the bedroom It's about 75F now. :D So what do You guys think? Oh and I have this cooler on High and It's quieter than the old one and quieter than the PCs too. And It was 106F outside today, It's 97F(36C) outside in Yermo CA. ____________ BSG Anthem My Facebook page
