Hi I am a returning user. I was a member of the AMSAT Team and had over 4K credit. I am trying to link up again under the same user name but on my computer it shows me as a new user started on the 18th and with no credit. I thought I logged in under my old account. Any ideas what I did wrong and how to get my original info back? It is still listed under the team online. I tried joining the team and updating but that did not bring back the old data. |

You will need to Detach your hosts from the project, then Attach them again using the e-mail and password belonging to the original account. (The system identifies accounts by a hash of the e-mail URLâ€â€it doesn’t use the user-name as such.) Same for website access: log out and then log in using the original info. Once you’re logged in, you can update the e-mail address for the account, if you wish. |

You will need to change the new account's e-mail address before you can use that email on the old account. |
