Hi I am a returning user. I was a member of the AMSAT Team and had over 4K credit. I am trying to link up again under the same user name but on my computer it shows me as a new user started on the 18th and with no credit. I thought I logged in under my old account. Any ideas what I did wrong and how to get my original info back? It is still listed under the team online. I tried joining the team and updating but that did not bring back the old data.

You will need to Detach your hosts from the project, then Attach them again using the e-mail and password belonging to the original account. (The system identifies accounts by a hash of the e-mail URL—it doesn’t use the user-name as such.) Same for website access: log out and then log in using the original info. Once you’re logged in, you can update the e-mail address for the account, if you wish.

There is a catch 22. Two accounts can't have the same e-mail address.

You will need to change the new account's e-mail address before you can use that email on the old account.
