After listing the command line flags under linux, I can't belive that that is all there is...

What are the others? Anyone care to share please (really, like there isn't an always run flag?)

Most of the settings are made through the "Your account" page on the web site, and downloaded to all of your computers.

Thanks, but it just struck me as strange that the linux version has fewer flags to override those settings (when compared to the Windows version I'm running).
