I think it would be a nice addition if you could actually SEE the messages you sent instead of just the replies to them. I don't know if V 6 has this feature or if anybody else has even thought of this as a "problem" but if someone takes days or longer to reply back it could be useful to know exactly what questions or statements they are replying. Also could help to keep a log of USERS messages are sent to but this would be irrelavent with the sent messages feature. |

A way around this is to add a comma, a space and then your own ID number in the address bar. E.g. I want to PM you and myself: 8772458, 41965 It doesn't work on all projects, some have the restriction of 1 address only. Others allow 2 and then there are some that allow up to 6 at the same time. But that's not really necessary, as you're trying to give your self a copy. By the way, it has nothing to do with the version number of BOINC, the client. |

I had made the request a looooooooong time ago to have a 'sent' or 'outbox' added to the PM system so you would not have to manually request a copy of your sent PMs to be sent to you...... Most other PM systems I have ever used have this as an option....... "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
