Since she's living in UK she most probably takes the Eurostar(French TGV)
train 2.5 hours London-Paris or Overcraft from Dover to Calais or Ferry.
Actually it's kind of a tradition. The British comes very often in France
and French to UK for shopping. The british comes back with tons of wine and
the French comes back with...I really don't know.

I used the eurotunnel which was only £40 for a big people carrier and as there were 4 of us it only cost us £10 each and petrol was only £10 each so we had a great day out and got some tasty vino too, yumm.

It used to be beer, but the Long Island Iced Tea chugalug contest put me in the hospital with acute pancreatitis so now I'm pretty much off alcohol. I really love milk, but after all is said and done I probably drink more water than anything else. How boring!!!

Since I surfing late at nights strong coffee is the best and that keeps me going. Else red wine is my favorite, a couple of paints with Guinness will always find its way down in my stomach :-) BUT never mix those two...

I’ve been testing some Australian wine lately (since I’m living in Malaysia at the moment) and I find some of them rather nice! I miss Europe and all the nice wines from there. You can find them here as well but rather pricy in this part of the world!

Hi Rachel

I am living in Paris in the quartier Montmartre right between the Moulin Rouge
and Sacré-Coeur but I am currently visiting my parents in Montréal Canada.
I am here since too long already. I was supposed to stay for a month but I am
here since May. That's a long story...Since you enjoy painting I thought you would
appreciate this view of montmartre. Have a nice day gardenning.

Marc

MMmmm, Mojito - it's been a long time since I had one of those. Perhaps Uli, you coould do me a favour. The message boards take soooo long to load right now, you have plenty of time to make a Mojito for me...

No problem breaking in at all. Actually I was in Canada for all I have posted
on this board and for now I don't know when I will be back in France. I miss
Paris a lot !!! Montmartre is my favorite part of Paris. Montreal is a nice
place to live though but it's not Paris...

"Canada... is that why I haven't seen so many Posts from you lately?!?!"
Why ? We do have internet in Canada...!?!?! LOL

Regards
Marc
