The current one is hideous. Surely someone can come up with something more aesthetically appealing. Isn't that subjective? What you might find aesthetically appealing someone else might find hideous. Personally, I like the screen saver graphics. |

The current one is hideous. Surely someone can come up with something more aesthetically appealing. This will most likely to be possible once the graphics are separated from the science software. Then there will be a better chance that a volunteer can take on this task. For now it is imbedded in the the main executable. The separation of the science client into modules will be possible once Boinc V6 is fully deployed and stable. Some testing of a newer application compatible with Boinc V6 features is already happening in the Seti Beta project. Boinc V7.2.42 Win7 i5 3.33G 4GB, GTX470 |
