Created an account. Logged out from the main account screen. Tried to log back in later and it says I have the wrong password. I am sure it is the one I just used to create it not 5 minutes before. It says I need an activation key to get my password but I do not have the software installed hence no Bionic folder to get an activation key. So round and round I go. Had to create yet another account to even ask this question.

Had an account years ago. Realized since I just got an email asking me to return, that they do have the newer email address so I must have updated my old account at some point.

Maybe it didn't take the password I used to create the account as one already existed? Maybe it's using the password from my old account? But it didn't tell me the account existed. Tried passwords I would have used but nothing worked. It does say an account exists for that email just can't get logged on to it.

Just got a "Welcome" email for the account I just made to get onto this board but didn't get one for the account I made before. Again another clue that maybe it was an existing account. But if they used the old password and I don't have the program installed how do I find out what password they're using?

Confused yet? :-) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
