It's my 36th Birthday today (01-04-08, yes, I'm an April fool!) and some time after midnight I broke the 100,000 credit barrier. What do you mean, "Who Cares?" :-) ~W |

It's my 36th Birthday today (01-04-08, yes, I'm an April fool!) and some time after midnight I broke the 100,000 credit barrier. I care! Having recently broken 200,000 myself I know how good it feels. Congratulations and keep it up! |

It's my 36th Birthday today (01-04-08, yes, I'm an April fool!) and some time after midnight I broke the 100,000 credit barrier. Congratulations William. I'm aiming for 250k at the moment, should get there in a week or two. I'd be happy if I can get to NEZ's RAC, let alone his total :-) It all helps the project thats the main thing and to have fun getting there. BOINC blog |

It's my 36th Birthday today (01-04-08, yes, I'm an April fool!) and some time after midnight I broke the 100,000 credit barrier. Congratulations with your milestones. Okay, 36 is not a special age but still. I hope to turn 50 soon and by that time hope to have 250.000, but I'm not sure I will make it. It means 2 more months, minus one week, for 100.000 credits. The minus one week is caused by the computer which has to go back to the shop for repair. It's still working but makes a terrible noise, caused by the processor. It makes a crispy kind of noise whenever it has to do something:"you can hear what the processor is doing." Congrats again and have a nice day. ______ DeMus |

Congratulations on making the 100K milestone. It is the first of many to become target numbers. It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues |

congrats man... join the ever increasing and numerous 100k club!!! Congrats to you both. I dont think it matters if it takes you 4 days from your crunching farm, or a year from your old pentium 3 to get 100K credits, the journey is what matters. Next comes 200K, and then more :) |

I had a long trip up to my current area, but got there a lot faster when I added my current iMac. YAY! Fellow Mac User! ~W |

I've got a couple of XServes to add to the mix over the nest few months. Possibly up to 16 of them, that's potentially another 128 cores! 200k? I could be there rather soon :) ~W |

It's my 36th Birthday today (01-04-08, yes, I'm an April fool!) and some time after midnight I broke the 100,000 credit barrier. If it is a 'crispy' noise, like electricity, I would detach and power that thing down right now. No need to burn up the house for a few credits... Clk2HlpSetiCty:::PayIt4ward |

I once heard "that" noise coming from a blank wall in a commercial kitchen where the staff had complained that the light could not be switched off. The employed handyman had said that it was "nothing to worry about". When I investigated, the insulation on the cable to the switch about 20cm below the noise had given way and the metal trunking (not earthed!!) buried in the wall plaster was shorting the switch. The noise was the arcing and more insulation burning away. That was the day before a holiday weekend and, because of the age of the establishment, no separate lighting circuit so all power to the kitchen had to be switched off until someone could come in to fix it - 3 days later. That was 3 days of feeding 100 people 3 meals a day without electricity - I was not popular (i.e. "shoot the messenger"). Good job we can smile now. F. |

Just a note: It took me from the end of August (the 25th?) 2007 until April the first this year to get from 0-100000 cobblestones. I went from 100001 to 200000 in 23 days! WOO! ~W |
